Before the new owners this was the only place I went for a oil change. My last oil change, I was charged for 9 quarts of synthetic oil, my truck only holds 8. Every oil change receipt before then was for 8 quarts. Very clear incompetence or plain rip off. They checked my air filter and didn't put one of the screws back on, it cost me $10 for another one that I had to order. They broke the tab on my cabin air filter in my other car. I will never go back and hope this review helps for no one else to be over charged or replace parts that they lost or broke.
